Intro Album Discography
by David Edwards and Mike Callahan
Last update: March 24, 2018

The Intro label was the pop/jazz subsidiary of Aladdin Records. Intro issued a couple of 10-inch LPs in 1952, then did not issue albums until 1957 or so, when they started a 12-inch series.

The Intro label on 10-inch albums is blue with silver printing, with the logo "intro" in silver above the center hole. There are stars and "LONG PLAYING MICROGROOVE" around the edge of the label. At the very bottom, in a straight line, is "UNBREAKABLE." The Intro label on 12-inch albums is dark red with silver printing, with the logo "intro" in silver above the center hole. The words "LONG PLAYING" are around the edge of the label to the left of the logo, and "MICROGROOVE" is to the right.
